Outreach Administration Officer

Are you interested in being part of the passionate Earbus Foundation of WA team, taking care of Aboriginal children’s ear health in the Pilbara and Goldfields?

We are looking for an Outreach Administration Officer to join our team. Based in Perth, this is a highly rewarding role and the chance to make a real difference. You will travel with our clinical team, supporting them with our frontline data entry. You will work alongside our Nurse to cross-check patient records and input clinical data, as well as help with the day to day logistics involved in regional and remote clinical travel.

Skills & Experience


  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) & National Police Check (or ability to obtain)

  • Computer literacy especially with MS Excel

  • Drivers licence

  • Great with children

  • The ability to be an outstanding team member

  • Physically able to manage the rigours of travel in extreme weather conditions


  • Experience working cross-culturally

This role requires regular regional and remote travel with trips of 5 days at a time during school terms, as well as some Sunday evening travel. Please contact us to discuss workload (i.e. full-time/part-time), depending on your circumstances. We are open to a variety of arrangements.

$48,000 FTE (pro rata based on hours worked) with salary packaging option
