Meet Renee Speedy

I am a Noongar woman, born Perth, however raised in Geraldton in my early years. I’m also mother to 3 beautiful boys.

Over the years I have had experience in different fields of nursing. Most recently completed a project in partnership with Edith Cowan University as Aboriginal Brain Injury Coordinator “Healing Right Way”, that enabled me to experience community health, as well as the acute setting. This consolidated my passion for Aboriginal Primary Health Nursing.

I feel honored to have the opportunity to work with Earbus Foundation as a nurse. I’ve always had a strong desire for community health. I look forward to addressing ear health outcomes amongst our Indigenous communities and to connecting, engaging and liaising with children, families and health workers whilst on my journey with Earbus Foundation.
