Meet Strelley School

One of the Pilbara communities we most love visiting every month has recorded a song in honour of 40 years of Strelley School.  Earbus Foundation started visiting the Strelley and Warralong communities that make up Strelley Remote Community School in 2014. Since that first visit we have seen dramatic improvements in the ear health of children due in no small part to the fantastic support from school staff and community for our work. A number of the children and students have had surgery at Hedland Health Campus as part of the Earbus program.

We were in Warralong when this video was being made and even did ear checks on one of the Indigenous Hip Hop crew from Melbourne who suffers from ear problems. Check it out, it is fantastic!
