New Strategic Directions For 2017 - 2020

Earbus Foundation’s new Strategic Business Plan will map organisational development from 2017 to 2020 as the organisation continues to provide more services to more locations across WA.  The detailed plan will go to the Foundation’s Board of Directors for approval and adoption in March.

The previous Strategic Plan accomplished almost all of its 23 business objectives for the period 2013-2016. Of these 21 were completed as planned, 1 was partially completed (expected to be confirmed January 2017) and 1 was not completed due to changed external circumstances.

Currently Earbus Foundation delivers regional Outreach programs in the East Pilbara and Goldfields (including Esperance) as well as four visits a year to Bunbury. In partnership with WA Country Health Services we have also provided audiology to the Kimberley, Great Southern, Gascoyne and Pilbara. Our Newborn Hearing Screening program covers 8 private maternity hospitals in Perth, Bunbury and Geraldton. Our Wembley Clinic provides paediatric assessments including diagnostics at little or no cost to families.
